About Me

As an artist my hours are filled with beauty. By day I work in floral sales. By night my "altering ego" takes control of my artistic nature and my studio in Bowie, MD.

For as long as I can remember, my most cherished possessions have been my art supplies; crayons, paints and paper. Combine that with my passion for collecting vintage ephemera, fabric and old photographs and it's easy to see where my art begins. Saving pieces of history and finding ways of incorporating them into my projects fascinates and inspires me.

I feel it is important to recognize and acknowledge the support and encouragement of my wonderful husband, Scott. He shares a unique burden as I continue to save and search for "STUFF" and my collections somehow seem to inundate our lives.
